Washington University students come to us from all corners of the United States and throughout the world. We are looking for creative, dynamic, and student-focused individuals who want to work directly with an academically talented population from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. We value educators who will develop student communities that are intellectually and socially stimulating. Washington University faculty play an important role in the success of our residential program, and therefore we are in search of staff who are committed to fostering meaningful connections between academics and residential living.
We are a team of indivduals committed to serving our students and to fostering their personal growth and development. As such, we seek candidates who have skills to train and supervise RAs, advise student groups, encourage sensitivity and appreciation of diversity and social justice issues, provide response and referral in crisis, and challenge students to take risks. Organizational and administrative skills are also essential.
We have created this website to help you learn more about Washington University, our Office of Residential Life, and the city of St. Louis.
